The Senior Business Relationship Manager for Healthcare will work closely with the IT and Business leadership teams for multiple Healthcare business units. You will partner with the teams to plan, design and implement efficient business and systems solutions for Sales, CRM, Customer Engagement and more. Your focus will include technology enhancements and process improvements. This is a highly consultative role that requires both and understanding of technology and a strong business acumen.

*This position is located in Mentor, Ohio with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule. Consideration will be given to candidates living within a two hour driving radius who can be onsite for onboarding and core meetings.

What you will do as a Senior Business Relationship Manager:

• Establish, plan, and administer the overall policies and goals for the information technology needs and make sure they are aligned with the divisional business needs.

• Analyze the needs of functional business departments, establish priorities for feasibility studies, research options/alternatives as they relate to available shared systems and outside services, and present and prepares capital project requests.

• Document existing workflow and current business processes, gather information on user and business requirements, and draft system specification.

• Understand IT system validation concepts and provides documentation and input into the validation process.

• Understand all technology related needs, assist in the prioritization of projects and activities, and ensure that projects align with technology that best provides maximum return on investment.

• This position will have a direct line of reporting to IT and a dotted line to the SVP/VP of the healthcare business segment.

The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• 10+ years’ experience working hands-on with technical applications, as well as management to lead projects through full life cycle

• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects using agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-impact results and driving continuous improvement

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including advanced methodologies and best practices

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies, adapt to evolving environments, and lead cross-functional teams effectively

• Extensive experience with Digital, Mobile, eCommerce, CRM solution platforms, and proficiency in multiple Business Intelligence (BI) tools

• Exceptional ability to solve complex problems, innovate, and enhance existing processes to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulatory requirements

• Superior oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders, including senior leadership and external customers.
