Overview
Responsibility and Focus
We’re looking for a passionate, curious and organized Senior Executive to be part of our team, delivering a multi-discipline communications scope for a game-changing brand. As a Senior Executive, Communications & Project Management, you will support the account management team in co-ordinating projects across a range of verticals - creative, strategy, production, content, media, SEO, CX, data science. The core responsibilities will be to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track, in addition to playing the lead role in planning campaigns, resourcing, monitoring and quality control from start to finish. This role will also be tasked with submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project plans, ensuring their effective execution throughout.

Main Tasks
Technical & Product
Proven experience in project management.
Ability to co-ordinate project teams of various sizes
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Experience with project management tools (such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello , Basecamp)
Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
Budget management experience.
Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures.
Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Ability to proactively problem-solve, and indentify new opportunities for the groupe
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
Working with the creative services manager and aligning on project timelines
Managing stakeholders on clients projects and organizing their projects from approval of concepts till the end
Forward planning, idenitifing potential risks and proposing solutions
Troubleshooting unforeseen issues as they arise, escalating as required
Outsourcing and finding freelancers when needed.
Establishing effective project communication plans (CPS) and ensuring their execution on time
Following the project's progress and bypassing problems
Evaluating a post-project and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements by preparing status reports
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Enforcing deadlines and maintains efficiency across teams.
Scheduling project-related meetings
Allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members
Encouraging communication among team members

Technical expertise: Since project management software and other related programs are essential in accomplishing the project goals, an effective project manager needs to have the knowledge to understand the issues that are related to the technical aspect.

Good negotiation skills: One of the qualities needed for effective project management is the ability to negotiate. In times that conflict arise due to differences in opinion, project managers need sheer negotiating skills to settle the issue and maintain harmony in the team.

Qualifications
Maintaining a positive attitude even when under pressure: Above all, attitude before aptitude.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field
2-4 years’ experience in related field (some degree of comms agency experience is necessary as the job requires a high level of understanding of communication principles and agency functions).
1-2 years’ experience with project management theory and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Evidence of being solution driven and innovative with how they drive performance and delivery
Comms Planning experience in a digital (service) environment or with QSR’s (a plus but not essential)
