What is the job about?
Activelymaintainthe demand planning and sales plan execution. Support management decision by conduction data processing and business analysis.Price simulation to support business decisions.Deploy the Pricing Strategy following Group and Division guideline.
Your main responsibilities:
Primary responsible for IND China demand planning. Organize and participate monthly SIOE and SIOP meetings to deliver monthly sales planning for the region. Be the contact window of IND China and co-work with global counterpart.

Proactively coordinate across functions to increase the accuracy of Sales Forecast, as well as provide valid feedback and pull for support from Global teams.
Work with Sales team, Operation Team and Supply Chain Team to ensure the on time delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsible for escalating unconfirmed order or other issues ensuring on time delivery at regional level.
Support Sales Transformation initiatives by issuing data report and analysis, including but not limited to REEP2 forecast and Planning.
Price(PCTR/GRP) simulation for project sales to support business decisions, price strategy as well as price management.

Your background:
We imagine that you have:
Bachelor’s degree, Familiarity with Industry, market and business environment.
Most likely to have 5-8 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
Software/system skill like MS Office, Power BI, SAP,IBP,etc,Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Market and Data Analysis.
Good presentation and communication skill,goodability to influence others.Good data mining and analysis skills.
Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable.
Experience of providing business recommendation and responsibility for implementation,Ability to contribute to processes/project management and improvement.
