ManTech Senior Business Analyst in United States

Currently, we are seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented Sr Business Analyst in support of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Continuous Diagnostic & Mitigation (CDM) DEFEND E Program. The CDM DEFEND E Program is a critical component of CISA’s national effort to ensure the defense and resilience of cyberspace.

This is a remote position where the candidate can work from any location within the United States provided, they are able to work on an eastern time zone schedule.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing and enhancing business processes and creating innovative solutions to complex challenges.

  • Closely collaborating with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to perform discovery and create documentation for a suite of Identity and access management applications.

  • Creating and implementing effective strategies to support the comprehensive assessment and documentation of a suite of IAM applications.

  • Document the conceptual flow of IAM applications and its points of interaction with other applications within the Agency environment

  • Leveraging your broad technical experience to assess business needs, capture business and systems requirements, and acting as a liaison to translate information between business users and technical developers.

  • Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools

  • Creating insightful data visualizations, business reports or presentations by assembling data from disparate sources

  • Providing recommendations on how technology improves business outcomes and enhances team efficiency and effectiveness

  • Collecting and analyzing information and data to gain a deeper understanding, identify strategic improvement opportunities, and make recommendations based on the data analysis

  • Collaborating effectively with customer-facing teams to provide Agency specific strategic data insights and offer suggestions and recommendations that will improve the customer experience

  • Taking ownership of projects, effectively communicate results, and recommend improvements

  • Identifying business improvement areas, translate them into structured analyses, synthesize data from multiple sources, and deliver insights

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree and minimum of 7 years of business analysis or related experience

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong expertise in crafting intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerBI, or a similar data visualization tool

  • Ability to demonstrate complex data analysis and data visualization design upon request

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to gather, manipulate, visualize and present data clearly and compellingly

  • Ability to engage and consult with a variety of internal stakeholders

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.

  • Experience with analysis and documentation of application process flow

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen (non-dual citizenship) and be willing and able to obtain DHS Suitability

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

  • Constantly operates a computer & other office equipment.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $100,800-$168,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
