Job Title: Senior Business Analyst with Change management

Location: Hybrid - 2 Days in NYC ( 1 Park Avenue South)

Job Type: Contract

Required Qualifications

· At least 10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role

· Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development

· Proficient in Confluence, Jira or other similar tools

Preferred Skills

· Strong time management, communication, thought leadership, team building, motivational and customer service skills

· Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

· Excellent client-facing communication skills both written and oral, along with strong listening, interpersonal and relationship building skills

· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

· Highly self-motivated and directed, a self-starter

· Put people before technology. Ask great questions. Always think ahead. Turn data into useful information. Passion to deliver results and exceed expectations

· Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and have ownership of learning new tools as applicable to help in the requirements gathering, refinement and management process

· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

· Works as a team player, willing to perform other tasks as needed to help the team, even if not part of their defined role and responsibilities

Here are the technical skills we need for this role:

· Technical BA with experience with change management, talk about training

· Experience documenting customer requirements
