Sales Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Opportunity Management
Support the opportunity management process, including lead qualification, assignment, and tracking in Salesforce .
Monitor lead distribution and assignment processes to ensure leads are assigned to appropriate sales representatives.
Assist in the development and execution of lead nurturing campaigns and outreach strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop and refine lead nurturing campaigns and outreach strategies.
Sales Enablement
Assist in the coordination of sales enablement activities, including scheduling training sessions, managing content repositories, and tracking participation and feedback.
Training Coordination: Assist with coordination and scheduling of new hire training sessions and assigning tools, and e-learning as per role.
Enablement Content Management: Own upkeep and maintenance of enablement content in MS Teams and Highspot . Coordinate and assist with bi-weekly all sales best practices call by coordinating speakers and content, sending recap and managing Zoom call.
Skills and Attributes: • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and engage a variety of audiences. Ability to write professional communications with limited supervision or revisions. • Cross Functional Accountability: Demonstrates the capability to effectively collaborate with various teams while ensuring mutual accountability. Skilled in setting clear expectations and adept at holding others to their responsibilities. • Problem Solving Skills: Quickly identifies and addresses bottlenecks. Demonstrate problem solving skills and adaptability to maintain a high level of productivity • Self Managed : Exhibits strong self-management skills, effectively organizing and prioritizing tasks without the need for frequent oversight.
