Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Opportunity Management

  • Support the opportunity management process, including lead qualification, assignment, and tracking in Salesforce .

  • Monitor lead distribution and assignment processes to ensure leads are assigned to appropriate sales representatives.

  • Assist in the development and execution of lead nurturing campaigns and outreach strategies to maximize conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop and refine lead nurturing campaigns and outreach strategies.

    Sales Enablement

  • Assist in the coordination of sales enablement activities, including scheduling training sessions, managing content repositories, and tracking participation and feedback.

  • Training Coordination: Assist with coordination and scheduling of new hire training sessions and assigning tools, and e-learning as per role.

  • Enablement Content Management: Own upkeep and maintenance of enablement content in MS Teams and Highspot . Coordinate and assist with bi-weekly all sales best practices call by coordinating speakers and content, sending recap and managing Zoom call.

    Skills and Attributes: • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and engage a variety of audiences. Ability to write professional communications with limited supervision or revisions. • Cross Functional Accountability: Demonstrates the capability to effectively collaborate with various teams while ensuring mutual accountability. Skilled in setting clear expectations and adept at holding others to their responsibilities. • Problem Solving Skills: Quickly identifies and addresses bottlenecks. Demonstrate problem solving skills and adaptability to maintain a high level of productivity • Self Managed : Exhibits strong self-management skills, effectively organizing and prioritizing tasks without the need for frequent oversight.
