For over 30 years RP Lighting + Fans, formerly Royal Pacific, has been a valued supplier of lighting and fans to multiple markets throughout the United States and Canada. Established in 1990, RP specializes in the multi-family builder and showroom markets, and has rapidly grown to serve light commercial construction, mixed-use, and national account markets.

RP Lighting + Fans is now hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Sales Operations Coordinator ! The Sales job family merchandises, promotes and sells the company's products, and services to customers. General areas of responsibility include developing and implementing sales strategies; identifying potential customers; managing existing customer and vendor relationships; and monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends. This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Albuquerque, NM, in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluatecustomer transactional portals for product and transaction information.

• Identify and support other opportunities for quality improvement across the team.

• Enter orders into software systems (ERPs) and maintain the customer portal to ensure accuracy.

• Monitor trends and behaviors from customers to ensure growth and the best in class customer experience.

• Develop materials and process documentation to support training, as needed.

• Recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency of operations.

• Adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Prior digital commerce experience in the areas of transactional portal, customer communication, and/or product information is a plus.

• Lighting and/or ceiling industry experience preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback.

• Ability to maintain a high level of professional communication at all levels.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
