What You’re Applying For: At Edmunds, we’re on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic individual with extensive experience in Salesforce reporting and dashboards to provide valuable insights into our current and historical performance. Reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy and Development, you’ll be a key player in supporting our dealer-facing sales team. We’re looking for someone who is goal-oriented, confident, and a natural problem solver. You’ll work closely with the sales development team to enhance our reporting capabilities and offer insights that drive strategic initiatives. Your role will be crucial in supporting our sales team by partnering with departments across the organization. What You’ll Do: • Create and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau • Extract and analyze data to inform business decisions • Summarize findings and prepare engaging data visualizations • Contribute to sales compensation design and modeling • Use your creativity to build efficient processes and drive improvements • Enhance the experience for sales reps and managers in Salesforce and other systems • Develop business requirements and collaborate with operations and analytics on diverse projects • Understand and refine the forecasting process to improve accuracy • Partner with the sales team and other departments to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement What You Need: • A genuine passion for helping others succeed • 3+ years of experience in a relevant field • Expertise in Salesforce: creating complex dashboards and reports, custom report types, calculated fields, and workflows • Exceptional quantitative skills and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (including SUMIFs, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, and pivots) • Strong analytical abilities • Proficiency in data extraction and manipulation; SQL experience is a plus • Experience creating impactful presentations using Google Slides • Experience in building reports with Tableau • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail • A friendly, can-do attitude that embraces challenges • Excitement and readiness to make a meaningful impact The compensation range for this position is $59,700 - $104,106 per year. The base pay will take into account internal equity as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
