The Sales Commission Analyst II, works under moderate supervision to handle the calculation and analysis of more routine contracts. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of contract data, managing an increased workload, and providing guidance to new hires.
This position can be worked remotely within the United States.
What you'll be responsible for:
Calculate and analyze routine contracts including supersede and replacement contracts, core deals, terminations, and modifications.
Accurately enter standard contract data into the contract entry system, ensuring integrity and attention to detail.
Understand and apply table one, and identify appropriate payees as outlined in contracts.
Scan and store contracts in the data storage system and track them in a master real-time spreadsheet.
Use corporate reporting tools to validate transactions throughout the month and complete end-of-month checklist validations.
Answer questions from new hires regarding contract entry procedures, manage increased workload independently, and proficiently utilize software applications essential for daily tasks.
May perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
Minimum of 18 months in an administrative or support role.

Work assignments are generally routine in nature; uses learned techniques and procedures for decision making.
Exercises limited judgment within defined procedures and practices.
General communication, decision making, and organization skills.

General knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
General math skills required.
Able to work with and maintain sensitive and confidential data.
