Valet Living Regional Director of Operations (East) - MultiPro Property Solutions in United States
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Regional Director will lead and oversee the organization’s business operations and administration for a geographic region spanning multiple states. The branch locations provide a multitude of Make-Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and CapEx services for our multi-family clientele. The Regional Director has end-to-end responsibility for the staffing of branches, independent contractor identification, operational performance, revenue and profit, and client satisfaction for the region. Duties include managing and guiding each Branch Manager and the Branch staff in selected region, setting performance objectives and KPIs, evaluating, and optimizing operational performance, ensuring adherence to compliance and company standards, and the preparation and execution of operational and financial business plans.
The ideal candidate will be growth-minded, have a hands-on approach, and demonstrate a proven success record leading multiple Branch locations across a region with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
Location: Must be located in TX, FL, GA, NC, or TN
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000
Bonus: T arget bonus is 20% of annual salary (divided and paid out quarterly)
Auto allowance: As part of our auto allowance reimbursement program, you will be eligible to receive a fixed bi-weekly contribution, in addition to monthly variable mileage reimbursement.
Travel: 25% - 50%, and as required
Responsibilities:
Monitor, manage and ensure each Branch in selected region achieves its revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA targets as measured on the profit and loss statement
Recruit, train, mentor, and support Branch Managers to successfully deliver on business results
Bring out the best in regional personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
Recognize and reward team members for their contributions
In accordance with the company’s objectives, plan, lead, and monitor the overall sales, field service, and administrative activities and functions for the Branches within selected Region
Actively deploy the company’s full suite of service offerings to our multi-family clients to ensure that core service targets, attachment targets, and financial goals are achieved
Develop regional forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews of operations and financial performance
Promote and deliver on divisional and company initiatives, including process and technology transformation and operational excellence goals
Manage budget and resource planning to ensure the region is prepared to meet new operational challenges and capable of rapidly responding to new opportunities
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience
Ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction through the delivery of a consistently positive client experience and partnership at all levels of interaction
Drive employee engagement
Identify areas of improvement across the region and implement corrective actions
Drive a culture of safety at the Branch level to meet company safety goals
Respond promptly and professionally to customer or community concerns
Continuously track and improve operational efficiency using defined metrics to improve operational performance
Foster a culture of consistency and accountability
Conduct community site visits within the region to ensure adherence to service standards and create strategies for improvement when needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field required, Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of ten (10) years of proven success in a regional operations management role
Experience in extensive profit and loss accountability in a multiple location region
Strong branch management and operations experience with a track record of exceeding objectives
Experience in the construction, painting, renovation, or restoration services business is preferred
Demonstrated track record of creating and leading high-performance teams, including hiring, training, and staff development
Excellent work ethic, integrity, and sense of accountability
Excellent written and oral communication with superior interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of audiences
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects with a high level of effectiveness
Strong project management, organization, detail orientation, problem solving, and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced, high pressure, growth environment
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Physical Requirements and Special Conditions of Employment:
Ability to operate a motor vehicle in a manner consistent with local and state rules and regulations and company policy
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to walk distance of our client properties, including up/downstairs, bend at waist and/or knees and lift arms at/over shoulder
Ability to work outdoors and be exposed to hot and cold temperatures
Valid driver license and good driving record
Flexibility to be available during irregular hours depending on business needs

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
