Project Manager - Conveyor Installation

Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire Project Managers (REMOTE PMS WELCOME) for large-scale industrial parcel projects the across the country. The pay range is $95-105k + Incentives per year based on experience. We are looking for experienced leaders to work with our Nashville based team of dedicated, organized, and results-driven professionals.

Candidates MUST have at LEAST 5 years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing Conveyor Installations

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

  • Develop project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with scope, priorities, and resource allocation.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity, support, and accountability throughout the project.

  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure expectations are met for large-scale projects.

  • Oversee project budgets, cash flow, and resolve any billing issues.

  • Set clear expectations and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Project Manager Requirements:

  • PMP Certification (Or the ability to obtain a PMP Certification within 6 months of hire date)

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in a similar industry .

  • Ability to manage teams of 12+ on projects worth up to $10 million.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate technical requirements with non-technical personnel.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
