Description: Experienced Program Manager to help establish and drive Global Account Management process and deployment. Working across 5 work streams, multiple functions, and Global Markets we are looking for an experienced Program Manager to help ensure coordination and delivery. High-level Overview: Program/Project Manager Overall project coordination and alignment. At the Account Management program level, we have 5 open work streams. Help needed would include: Program Management including Program schedules/time lines, coordination of deliverables, and stakeholder management planning, risk/dependency planning. This would be up to 40% percent of the time. This is a large, complex project involving multiple functions and stakeholders. Integration of Practices to the digital workspace. One big gap we realized last week was need better coordination between ongoing project work and how that work will deploy into a digital workspace that is being developed. This would include horizon mapping, workstream coordination and schedules, dependency planning, stake holder management planning. This would not be PMing the digital experience that has a separate team. I would estimate this at about 30% of their time. Market Activation coordination. We are currently working with 8 Markets to consult, implement, and learn from parts of the Account Management strategy. Part of the role would be assurance of deadlines/schedules and following of process. This would be 30% of their time, as there is overlap with This is an area where I may be underestimating the work.
