ICONMA, LLC Program/Project Manager - Change Management(Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment experience) in United States
Description: The EPT - ACH Processing team is looking for a candidate with program/project management with very large projects. This is NOT a Scrum Master role. Required Skills:
Primary Skill – Extensive Project Management Experience with very large projects
Secondary Skill – Change Management
Determines the strategic approach to obtain stakeholder objectives and requirements
Identifies risks/dependencies that are not easily evident.
Defines controls needed to resolve/mitigate
Ability to set financial budgets and plans at the portfolio level to ensure work is aligned with strategic goals
Facilitates activities with stakeholders adjusting investments to continually align with business value.
Drives adoption and continually improves processes in the software lifecycle across teams
Subject matter expert understanding of products and services within their business line and in comparable industry organizations.
Implements operating model within their area and influences continuous improvement
Has knowledge of software development but has not been involved in hands on application development/coding
Has general awareness of testing practices but has not involved in hands on testing.
Preferred Skills
Defines governance policies, standards and tools for the organization or line of business.
