Job Description
Coordinates calendars, meetings, and other activities. Coordinates and monitors action items and assignments made by the TWRI leadership team
Drafts and manages correspondence and communications, schedules and coordinates meetings, manages calendars, and coordinates travel. May prepare travel arrangements and itineraries and may approve and process travel reimbursements.
Prepares notices or agendas for meetings.
Assists in compiling reports, maintains records and other documents, and coordinates special events. Responds to inquiries, resolving problems or inquiries.
Plans and coordinates logistical and administrative support for events, meetings or other special functions and provides on-site support. Logistics include, but are not limited to, securing conference rooms or other facilities; coordinating catering by obtaining quotes, menu, reservations, delivery/pickup and setup; and being the point of contact.
Research and compiles information for reports. May serve as an Office Manager. May have fiscal records management responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
This is a part-time position that would ideally work each day Monday-Friday, up to 19.5 hours per week max. Some flexibility is available based on candidate needs.
Education and Experience:Three years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet, Outlook (email, calendar and tasks), Microsoft Teams and presentation applications (PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Interpersonal and communication skills. Planning and organizational skills.
