At our Amsterdam-based center Wacker Biotech B.V. focuses on the GMPcompliant microbial based production of recombinant proteins, vaccines and live microbials as drug substance and drug product.

we are looking for you as a(n)Production Support Operator 2-shifts (f/m/d)

Job responsibilities:

  • You perform all production process activities in accordance with FDA/GMP guidelines;

  • Execution of activities in the cleanroom to support the primary process at USP / DSP and fill & finish departments;

  • Buffer preparation and filtration by using process software in accordance with work instructions, SOP's and production records;

  • Washing, sterilization and depyrogenization of materials;

  • Assembly of sterile goods under LAF conditions;

  • Weighing of Raw materials;

  • General cleaning of process equipment;

  • Operation of process equipment using process software;

  • Resolving minor disruptions in the process field;

  • Inventory management (KANBAN);

  • Execute routine activities on (complex) systems within the cleanroom according to the applicable procedures;

  • You have a 'safety first and quality always'- mindset;

  • You actively contribute to the continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications required:

  • HLO / MLO, preferable in combination with a VAPRO A,B or C study;

  • Industry experience preferred;

  • Team player with quality conscious and pro-active personality;

  • Service minded personality;

  • High priority regarding personal hygiene;

  • Work under FDA/GMP guidelines;

  • Flexible and stress resistant;

  • Able to work in shifts;

  • English (spoken and written);

  • Preferable Dutch fluent (written and orally);

  • Skilled with computerized systems;

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office packages;

  • You reside in and are eligible to work in The Netherlands (valid work permit).
