What you’ll do:
Develops product and process quality control plan , test plan and process buy-off criteria. Plans regular system and process audit, design contingency plan for emergency case;
Integrates and consolidates EQMS requirement into internal process control ,product/process qualification gating and problem solving methodology and techniques
Implements effective 8D system and close loop corrective action mechanism. Mentors technicians/inspectors to understand then utilize problem solving techniques. Coach subordinates to develop problem analyzing skills and share lesson learned
Analyzes and publishes audit findings, categorize key detractors then drive and follow up efficiency of corrective actions/preventive actions
Serves as quality and product expertise then apply commensurate training to internal QC, technicians and engineers
Develops continual improvement program across SQDIPP on quality basis to achieve and exceed quality expectation
Early involve NPI, VAVE Pro-launch activities to analyze new product quality risk and driving the mitigation
Driving In-process top 5 DPPM reduction via leading professional structured problem-solving activities including but not limited 5 why analysis, A3, ELSS

Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s degree in engineering discipline
3 years process quality practices is minimum required.
Expertise on ISO/TS 16949 system knowledge and utilization
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills
Strong influence, coaching and consulting skills
Willing to work under pressure and persistent on making improvement/change
Certified ISO/TS 16949 auditor and 6 sigma green belt/black belt is a preferred
