Reporting to the Global Purchasing Manager Indirect & Sterilisation, you'll be at the forefront of perform purchasing activities for Indirect suppliers and leading cost management activities in Czech factories.

In the newly created role, as a Procurement Manager Indirect , there is an opportunity to make a significant impact by:

  • taking responsibility for Indirect purchasing activities to deliver the best product and/or service at the lowest possible price while remaining compliant;

  • independent negotiating (off- and on-line) for Indirect products and services, to ensure “best price” for purchased goods or services;

  • regular benchmarking of market prices and supplier services through executing the full cycle of RFI, RFQ, Supplier Assessment and implementation;

  • handling stakeholders on different levels effectively with negotiation skill in multicultural when applicable;

  • evaluating, comparing and creating agreements for terms & conditions and providing counter proposals to maximise Mölnlycke position.

    What You'll Bring

  • A track record of 7 years in Procurement Indirect, roles within multinational manufacturing organizations, coupled with expertise in best-in-class practices.

  • Mastery of purchasing techniques: 7 steps process, procurement category management, vendor segmentation, negotiating skills, RFI, RFQ, budgeting, market analysis, risk management, price management

  • Skilled in negotiating contracts, evaluating suppliers performance, and implementing cost-saving strategies.

  • Experienced of reviewing and negotiation contractual terms and conditions.

  • Proficient in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.

  • Desire to develop constantly competencies and experience to be eligible to grow within the company.

  • Native level of Czech and fluent in English.
