What to Expect:

The Pricing Analyst role will be instrumental in supporting the Global Services Team with Service Pricing Analytics and Reporting. In addition, they will analyze the revenue and profitability of Service Agreements, identify opportunities to expand, cross-sell, and up-sell Hologic’s SureCare® portfolio. This role interfaces closely with internal and external stakeholders and provides a great opportunity to contribute to a growing Breast and Skeletal Health Service business.

  • Develop rigorous, error-proof analysis maintaining a high attention to details of the offer while still seeing the emerging patterns, trends and insights across offers.

  • Provide regular and ad hoc analyses and reporting for Global Services Management.

  • Support the pricing of spare parts, service plans, and professional services.

  • Analyze and track competitive pricing trends across the portfolio.

  • Take the initiative in identifying and resolving issues around service reporting and associated business processes.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to perform willingness to pay studies and analytics.

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with pricing, product & service marketing, service engineering and operations, and sales leaders.

  • Special Projects may be assigned to support the Service Business.

  • Ability to identify situations, risks or opportunities in the service business and then analyze and communicate the impact.

  • Expert level of Excel and business intelligence/visualization software such as QlikSense and QlikView.

  • Knowledge of Oracle and SalesForce reporting desirable.

Education & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of related business experience.

  • Minimum of a BS/BA is required. A degree in a quantitative discipline such as: Business, Finance, Math, Statistics or Economics is required.

  • Demonstrated success working as an integral cross functional team member, ability to develop clinical expertise in medical devices and deep understanding of customer needs within medical device markets.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $60,700 to $95,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
