Key qualifications: 10+ years of experience in the partnership and program management space Proven track record of driving a project from concept to launch Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to synthesize information, simplify complex concepts, and build consensus with large cross-functional teams and individuals at all levels Ability to think strategically, see around corners, plan several steps ahead, make connections and clear roadblocks Experience developing partnerships with health systems and understanding the varying perspectives of different types health systems - including reimbursement, common software used (EMRs), and clinical workflows. Independent self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments Job description: Partner closely with key stakeholder to align on project priorities Set agendas for and manage team meetings, cross functional meetings, external meetings at the executive and working team level Identify and drive next steps internally and externally Provide regular status updates to project teams, stakeholders and management, summarizing issues to key points and action required Ensure program milestones are accomplished Drive cross-functional coordination across external partners, engineering, design, clinicians, and external contractors execution of partnership Coordinate executive reviews for concept and development milestones, owning executive review decks, distilling and synthesizing information, and articulating content to be readily understood by all cross functional partners Communicate and manage relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders Potentially manage contractors, synthesizing and tracking their next steps and deliverables.
