ICONMA, LLC Paint Film Application Technician in United States

Our Client, a Healthcare Company, is looking for Paint Film Application Technician for their Troy, MI location Responsibilities:

  • The Paint Film Application Technician will perform numerous functions within the defined process of meticulously installing Paint Protection Fim on a variety of OEM vehicles, ensuring quality and flawless application of this film.

  • This Technician will collaborate with a small and experienced team with the goal of meeting project deadlines and exceeding our client’s expectations.

  • This is a skill that is learned over time, and this Technician would be expected to continuously work to improve their skillset with regard to installation techniques.

  • Shadowing with a Paint Film Application SME for proximately 2 months

  • Installing Paint Film on all areas of client-owned vehicles

  • Prepping vehicles to receive a Paint Film application

  • Inspecting the vehicle post-Paint Film application

  • Becoming well-versed in the tools and software that are involved in this application process

  • Maintain care and caution around clients' vehicles

  • Maneuver a variety of vehicles with ease and accuracy

  • Work Area Upkeep- cleanliness in the Plant is a critical factor in the success of the business.

  • You are expected to help maintain a clean work environment

  • Plant organization- maintain an organized work environment both inside PPF bay and Film plotter and storage area.

  • This includes maintaining and organizing film inventory

    Requirements

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • High degree of hand-eye coordination

  • High degree of organization and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • High degree of problem solving skills

  • Moderate to high level of computer skill

  • The ability to think independently

  • Lifting Requirements: 10 – 50 lbs.
