Study Group Operations Director in United States
Contract type: Full Time (37.5 hours) - Permanent

As the North American Operations Director, you'll lead the development and implementation of innovative project plans that guide our initiatives from contract signing to the first intake of students. This role also involves managing accounts with select partners, ensuring our collaborations are both impactful and successful. Join us to make a significant difference in education.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Develop and implement a project plan for new North American partnerships including Admissions, Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations, and – when appropriate – Academics for Direct Admit partnerships and International Study Centers for Pathway partnerships.
Organize and run regular internal launch meetings ensuring all actions are meeting deadlines and escalating any issues or delays.
Organize and run regular new partner meetings with key stakeholders to update on the progress of the launch and escalate any areas of concern.
Track recruitment pipeline from launch to first intake ensuring all systems are operating effectively, forecasts are on target, and the arrival process for incoming students is successful for both the partner institution and newly enrolled students.
Oversee the day-to-day management of a select group (3-4) of partner institutions within the North American portfolio. This may include Pathway partners and/or Direct Admit partners. This includes leading monthly partner meetings, following up with Study Group department heads to ensure actions are being tracked and completed, and exploring opportunities to expand products in existing partnerships to increase international student recruitment.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree preferred
Proven experience of project management
University account management experience preferred
Experience studying or working internationally preferred
