Liberty Latin America Mobile Prepaid Go-to-Market & Campaign Manager - Dutch Caribbean in United States
What’s The Role
The Campaign & Go-to-Market Manager is responsible to define, design, and steer the deployment campaigns towards targeted customer segments. Similarly the role also involves the depoyment of new propositions into the organization across Dutch Caribbean. He/she:
identifies specific customer value segments based on sales and upsell opportunity
designs and initiates targeted campaigns across media/sales channels (incl SMS but also across other possible relevant channels email, voice, D2D, field sales etc…)
works in close collaboration with the Central base management team to identify and build automated campaigns via a new campaign system
brings new offers/propositions/campaigns into the organization including training and steering of department experts across the organization.
Initial focus is on the Mobile Prepaid market across Dutch Caribbean region. This role has the potential to grow across other product categories.
What You´ll Do
Deploy (new) CVP into channels with a clear Go-to-market strategy across products to together with Sales supervisors ensure sales channels, agents and merchandisers are best trained and informed.
Define value segment opportunities by analyzing and identifying growth segments across the prepaid market across DC (this includes analyzing both fixed-only where we can sell mobile as well as prepaid customer segments).
Drive promotions across channels and steer the marketing design of right merchandise that best promote high value sales across digital and merchant/distributor sales points.
Drive segmented campaigns across value and customer lifecycle segments with the goal to sell new prepaid, upsell existing prepaid and drive combo sales.
Lead Combo sales growth across the organization via targeted campaigns by identifying the right value segments to target.
Retention management : retain existing Prepaid customers by initiating campaigns to ensure top-up renewals.
Define and install a customer lifecycle program across customer segments and the product lifecycle journey by upselling customers to higher value plans, with particular focus on Combo products.
Delivers sales, product and promotions performance analysis.
Provides feedback and advise to management within Flow and making proposals how to maximize Mobile prepaid revenue.
Provides ongoing input and guidance to the CVP and product teams in what CVP propositions, promotions, pricing or products are needed across all the identified value segments.
Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent field
+4 years preferably in the Telecom industry
Knowledge in:
Business analysis
Strong Commercial drive
Campaign management, CRM systems
Program and project management skills
The principles of advertising, merchandise and promotion
Marketing principles and concepts
Expertise in residential and telecom products and services is a strong plus
Skills & Abilities
Ability to:
Design, lead and drive programs
Analysis of figures and trends
Manage different services at the same time.

Training skills
Good written and verbal skills in Dutch, Papiamento, English and Spanish
