What You'll Get to Do: Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Administration, Data Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field desired
Minimum of 2 years working in a Data Governance function, or equivalent course work.
Experience managing product and pricing data a plus
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Strong time management skills
Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
Self-motivated and proactive
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with multiple and changing priorities and projects
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, vlookups, and other advanced formulas required
Experience working with SAP and Salesforce.com a plus
Experience working with technology sector a plus
Experience with SQL Server and Python is a plus
Experience with Power Automate is a plus
Experience with Anaplan is a plus
2+ years of experience working with a CRM system such as Sales Logix or Salesforce.com
Problem Solving: Complexity of problems
Ability to answer and redirect emails from various stakeholders in a timely and courteous manner
Ability to enforce process and SOX compliance with product and company data
Process-oriented mindset and proactively works towards continuous improvement
Ability to identify patterns and room for efficiencies in data flows and processes
Communications:
Ability to work with Factory Planners in Japan and Taiwan to ask and answer questions on new products
Ability to work and negotiate with groups where English is not their first language
Ability to work with both internal and external partners including Sales, Supply Chain, Product Managers, Channel partners, Legal, and Engineering
Ability to work with Material Master Governance group at the Panasonic North America Corporate level
Ability to enforce audit compliance with multiple groups
Able to communicate with people across all levels of the organization (both written and verbal)
Other Requirements:
Work will be performed in a hybrid office environment
Infrequent travel for training or development meetings may be required (less than 5%)
What We Offer: The salary range of 55,000 –$75,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
