Location3 Media Marketing Manager in United States
This is a remote position, but we are currently only able to hire within the U.S.

Position Summary
Manage and execute marketing and local growth plans for Location3 and LOCALACT while being responsible for project tasks and deadlines. Responsibilities include development and execution of written copy, content, email marketing, sales collateral materials, creative assets and more. In addition, this role will oversee coordination of client conferences and key events, speaking engagements, and other initiatives focused on revenue growth.

Expected Salary - $55,000 to $65,000 annually depending on experience, plus commission.
Marketing
Responsible for planning, developing and executing content and creative projects and deliverables that align with business objectives
Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials and local sales and retention materials
Prepare written materials including marketing content and creative assets, email campaign materials, business communications, reports, and presentations
Responsible for ensuring accuracy in information and proofreading, and being accountable to finished products and deadlines
Analyze marketing and communications programs and make recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness
Participate in budget development and support budget management
Use independent judgment to execute marketing and communications plan
Support management of freelance creative producers to ensure projects are executed on scope and on time
Act as lead project manager for internal marketing projects, using tools withing the Microsoft Office 365 suite to ensure successful completion and delivery
Events
Conduct research and organize appropriate team members and resources to execute all aspects client conferences
Coordinate on-site arrangements for all events: Assist with negotiations for event space contracts, arrange food and beverage, order supplies and audiovisual equipment, shipping and logistics
Serve as primary point of contact and execution with 3rd party vendors on event-related matters such as logistics and technology requirements
Prepare event collateral materials, conference swag packages for approval
Prepare proposals for conference swag and giveaways to include projected expenses for approval
Assist with preparing conference budgets and be responsible for completing expense and ROI reports for each event
Keep track of event expenses including invoicing, receipts and other documents
Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process

Complete special projects as assigned by V.P. of Marketing
