Spring 2025 Marketing Communication Intern

We are looking for a creative and hardworking intern to support our Benco Dental marketing team. We are looking for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of online and offline marketing projects. We are seeking a marketing intern who can contribute fresh ideas, create content, and research industry trends. You will work collaboratively on our marketing team to conduct research that improves our brand, communications, and strategy. You will also assist with digital marketing channel execution, including social media posting and monitoring. The ideal candidate has an understanding of brand marketing, social media, and digital marketing strategies, as well as an interest in working on high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the digital marketing team with executing social media marketing initiatives including paid social and organic social posting, collaborating with creative team on ad design and campaign analysis

• Assist marketing teams with the creation and maintenance of various performance dashboards

• Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity

• Assist with website audits to identify areas of improvement

• Assist with the project management of marketing initiatives via the Marketing Operations team, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and feedback solicitation. Projects include creative and private label product designs, marketing collateral and publications.

• Investigate stories and write articles for our weekly sales-facing newsletter.

• Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed.

The base pay range of $12/hour represents the undergraduate hiring pay and $15/hour for graduate program students that meet the minimum qualifications. Actual pay can vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The hiring pay listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include Benco Bucks, hands-on job experience, and potential full-time employment.
