ICONMA, LLC Manufacturing Test Engineer in United States

Join our dynamic team and revolutionize manufacturing with your expertise in testing methods and equipment! Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.

  • Plan and arrange labor, schedules, and equipment for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.

  • Provide parameters for sample testing and specify tests to be performed.

  • Compile data and recommend changes in testing equipment, procedures, and manufacturing processes.

  • Test all customer samples and special tests not performed in the test area.

    Required Skills:

  • Active Secret Clearance with an investigation in the last 5 years or Continuous Evaluation enrollment required. Program Special Access required to Start.

  • Functional test experience, including creating and maintaining System Check Out Procedures for vehicle systems and providing technical test support.

  • Experience developing manufacturing test plans and identifying test equipment requirements.

  • Proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (e.g., 3DX, Teamcenter, PDM).

  • Catia V5 proficiency.

  • Aviation test experience.

  • TeamCenter experience.

    Desired Skills:

  • Pre-power and power-on vehicle experience.

  • Automated circuit testing and vehicle software loading.

  • Strong communication skills for inter-departmental collaboration.

  • Knowledge of general computer and communications bus architecture.

  • Experience with engineering releases and configuration change control.

  • Flight line experience.

  • LabView and MS Office proficiency.

  • Software programming experience.

  • iBASEt experience.

    An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
