A Day in Your Life at MKS:

We are looking for an exceptional Manager, Business Process Management and Master Date Management (MDM), who can lead the design and implementation of data governance strategies that align with the company's objectives, establishing and overseeing data standards, policies, and procedures. They will work with our Supply Chain Team- procurement, category management, sourcing, materials, master scheduling and logistics.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Strategic Data Governance Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of data governance strategies that align with the company's objectives, establishing and overseeing data standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Business Process Improvement Implementation: Lead the design, strategic approach and governance of standard business process design and continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders in Supply Chain, IT, Legal, Compliance and Business Units to ensure data and business process governance practices meet internal and external requirements and standards.

  • Training Management: Train and mentor team members. Ensure continuous learning and certification in the latest data governance practices, lean business process management and tools.

  • Data Quality Management: Oversee the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards, and audit mechanisms. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor compliance with data governance policies and regulations. Identify and mitigate risks associated with data handling and storage.

  • Data Governance Tools and Technologies: Implement and manage data governance tools and technologies. Stay abreast of new trends and advancements in data governance and management technologies.

  • Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of data governance initiatives and effective and lean business processes. Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within Supply Chain and IT to ensure data governance practices are integrated throughout the organization and to maintain lean and effective business processes.

Skills You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or Supply Chain

  • 10+ years of relevant experience working in a diverse and global supply chain organization.

  • 5+ yrs of Management experience, leading a team.

  • Oracle or SAP ERP experience in supply chain areas

  • Experience implementing and managing Data Governance & Master Data Management processes in medium to large enterprises, preferably in manufacturing organizations.

  • Knowledge of analytics best practices including demonstrated use of BI and Automation tools like Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Automation Anywhere, etc. is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) best practices and management.

  • Cross-functional business awareness and track record of cross-functional/cross-organizational collaboration and experience in a senior-level strategy leadership role responsible for transformation and process improvements.

  • Project management skills and the ability to lead and drive cultural change and relationship management.

  • Bilingual, Spanish-English is required

  • Flexibility to travel up to 15% of the time.
