The Lead Teacher Infant Toddler is an imaginative person with the interest and ability to care for and teach children six weeks to three years old. The Lead Teacher has Knowledge of recent developments in the field of Early Childhood Education, Implements adopted curriculums to encourage active exploration, physical, cognitive and social/emotional development. Recognizes the individual differences and needs of the children's' culture, language and special abilities Establishes daily routine and appropriate transitions. Establishes and ensure nurturing and responsive practices, interactions and environments that foster trust and emotional security for children
Requirements:
Caring, upbeat personality.
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in early childhood development.
Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education study plan eligible

CMCS offers excellent benefits package:
15 Days PTO per year, accruals begin the first day of employment, 20 days after 12 months of continued employment.

Educational Support - up to $7,500 per year - for tuition, books, exams, certifications - eligible upon hire.

3% of annual salary contributed by CMCS to 403b, with an additional 1% match of employee's contribution, after one year of continuous service, with a three year vesting period.
