Overview

We are looking for a Lead Process Automation Engineer to join our team. This position will directly report to the VP of Revenue Cycle and is responsible for ensuring the automation environment is maintained, monitored, and executed efficiently for the company. This will include analyzing current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve.

  • Assist with creating automations that will automate repetitive task and handle large amounts of data

  • Create, document, maintain, and execute scalable, high performance automated coverage solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy and to reduce operating expenses by analyzing solutions proposed updates

  • Lead a team of RPA Engineers with development activities including design, development and execution of process automations, new hire orientation, development of processes for desired competencies, new processes, application integrations, and assisting in the development of initiatives for team meetings

  • Collaborate with other GHS and corporate departments to develop automated processing

About You

  • High School/GED; Bachelor’s degree or automation certification required

  • UiPath certification preferred

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or equivalent field

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in design automation support.

  • Capacity to assess and translate automated processes to communicate effectively with business partners.

  • Able to develop and execute automated processes.

  • Manage for continuous improvement for automated processes.

  • Demonstrated expertise in influencing teams comprised of all levels to meet the needs of the business.

  • Current understanding of best practices regarding RPA process development.

  • Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills.

  • Build and maintain outside vendor relationship.

  • Able to multi-task and work independently.
