Zelis Lead Analyst - P&C Operations in United States

Position Overview:

Zelis is a leading US-based company that operates in Healthcare Information Technology. We have established a Global Capability Center in India, and this position will provide Hire to Retire including Workday Learning Management systems support as part of a Global People & Culture Operations team.

We are currently seeking a skilled P&C Operations Specialist to join the Team in India. The specialist will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day US and Global P&C operations (IC role with 60% transactional and 40% tactical), and execution and optimization of key HCM processes.

This role emphasizes delivering high-quality P&C services, ensuring compliance with global standards, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of P&C processes. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive attitude, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a dynamic P&C environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivery of P&C services to employees globally including Workday learning support, Administration of new hires, Background verification, benefits administration, employee inquiries through ticketing system and Talent in the fulfillment of organizational goals.

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of P&C systems and functions preferably Workday knowledge will be an added advantage

  • Ensure service excellence by managing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Focus on improvising P&C services processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Share best practices to standardize processes across global operations.

  • Administer and support global HR systems and tools, ensuring accurate data processing and reporting.

  • Provide statistical analysis and interpretation of report data as required.

  • Perform an SME role and provide the required training.

  • Serve as subject matter expert to business end-users, addressing user questions and troubleshooting issues and supporting related Associate inquiries as necessary.

  • Collaborate with regional HR teams and other stakeholders to address service delivery issues and align on global HR initiatives.

  • Partner with P&C Technology on new Workday features/functions and recommend solutions/alternatives to mitigate business risk or efficiencies relative to these changes for processes in scope; additionally support any related testing as required to ensure accurate and quality information and process flow.

    EDUCATION AND professional experience:

  • Education: MBA or bachelor’s degree in P&C, or a related field

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in HR operations or shared services with a focus on global or multi-national environments.

  • Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to relate, collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong understanding of global P&C services, including payroll, benefits, and employee services.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Excel, PPT, and working knowledge of ERP systems and ticketing tools.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience working in a Shared Services Center preferred, primarily supporting a Technology company.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Shift timings – 2 PM to 11 PM

  • Expectation to work primarily in the Zelis-India office regularly (5 days a week)

  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as required to collaborate with teams outside of India.
