ICONMA, LLC Japanese speaking Executive Admin Assistant in United States

  • Provides administrative and secretarial support to the President of Client, also supports/coordinates a variety of programs/activities for the General Administration/Planning Departments.

  • Responding to telephone or email inquiries, development, and distribution of meeting minutes, maintaining confidential files, coordinating corporate level meetings, as well as making travel arrangements.

  • Works with all levels of the organization including senior level executives. International experience or exposure interacting with different overseas cultures and languages.

  • Gathers information and prepares various monthly reports related to sales, operating results/forecasts, and other key business performance indicators. Communicates this information as appropriate within FTCA and Headquarters in Japan.

  • Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.

  • Supports new employee orientation program for Japanese assignee staff.

    Requirements

  • Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year business college with a minimum of three years as an Executive Assistant.

  • Must have advanced administrative experience handling/coordinating projects using various computer software including Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Bilingual English and Japanese required.
