Cabela's Inventory Supervisor in United States
POSITION SUMMARY:
Daily supervision of inventory control team, while maintaining accuracy of inventory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Supervises and supports all materials and inventory functions.
Maintains inventory integrity through use of established systems and protocols.
Supervises subordinates
Communicates inventory and materials issues/concerns effectively with all areas of plant.
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Inventory control and materials management experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Operational KBM experience preferred.
Computer proficiency
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimal; 0% - 5%
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regular computer work, walking, sitting and standing
Occasional lifting up to 50lbs
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Performs duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives. Analyzes problems and performs needs assessments. Uses judgment in adapting broad guidelines to achieve desired result. Regular exercise of independent judgment within accepted practices. Makes recommendations that affect policies, procedures, and practices.
