Position Summary

Azuga is seeking a Partner Integration and Developer Experience Manager to drive the success of our B2B SaaS telematics offerings through strategic partnerships and exceptional Developer and Partner Experiences. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing partnerships that enable strategic partnerships to scale by focusing on creating tools and materials that facilitate powerful technical integrations and a first-class user experience for partners and their customers. Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Lead the execution of the Partner Integration and Developer Experience product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for partners, internal teams, and developers to gather feedback, requirements, and ensure alignment.

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of partner-focused products and integrations, from ideation to launch, including defining requirements and working closely with engineering teams.

  • Develop tools and resources that facilitate technical integrations and enable partners to resell our products effectively.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and continuously improve partner and developer experiences.

  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities for partnership growth and differentiation.

  • Foster strong relationships with partners and developers, advocating for their needs and driving customer-centric innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven track record in product management roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS domain. Experience with telematics, mobility, transport and logistics, and similar disciplines is preferred, but not required.

  • Experience with integration platforms and development tools, APIs, and partnership management is essential.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving partner satisfaction, business outcomes, and developer experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent work experience
