Mölnlycke is looking for a Global Manager Total Rewards with great experience within Rewards to manage the Total Rewards Function and to contribute to the People Excellence Leadership team.

About the job

The purpose of the Global Rewards role is to ensure that our Global Compensation & Benefits programs align both strategically and operationally to our rewards philosophy.

As the Global Total Rewards Manager you will navigate through reward trends and suggest global improvements of rewards policies, programs and processes with a focus to attract, retain and motivate talents of today and tomorrow.

The Global Total Rewards Manager with team drives and executes on our rewards programs / cycles and also advise the people community and other stakeholders on total rewards polices, best practice and processes.

You will report to the VP Global People Excellence.

The position may sometime require that the role holder conduct domestic and foreign business trips.

These are the main accountabilities for this position

In this role you will work with Total Rewards Strategy, Compensation, Executive Compensation, International Assignments / Global Mobility and Benefits.

▪ Identify Rewards trends and translate them into rewards plans

▪ Drive the work for a harmonized total reward practice and offering

▪ Own the global Performance Excellence Process

▪ Own global Total Reward policies

▪ Lead the governance and administration of the Long-Term Incentive Plan

▪ Lead and plan annual update of pay levels across Mölnlycke’s countries

▪ Process ownership and policy issuer for the Mölnlycke Job Evaluation Process

▪ Together with the Global People Excellence VP lead the executive compensation & support with the Remuneration Committee

▪ Provide strategic advice in relation to income taxation and social security regulations

▪ Process owner and policy issuer for Global Mobility. Advice and support

▪ Drive and deploy the Global Benefits roadmap aligned with our Rewards Philosophy.

What you’ll need

To be successful in this role you will need to have a n action-oriented personality, while remaining a collaborative leader and team player. Since there is a wide range of different stakeholders you will need demonstrated experience working within a global matrix organization and with change management principles. You also need to be able to influence stakeholders to enable decision-making. Finally, you need to be able to communicate plans in a clear and intuitive way for employees and for leaders.

Since this role is on a senior level we would like you to have this capabilities, qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience of working with total reward and mobility in a global context.

  • Previous experience as a Manager preferably leading a team of specialists.

  • Relevant Masters degree

  • Experience setting up new countries abroad with appropriate pay and benefits programs and to be able to evaluate, design and recommend global compensation programs based on market assessments and business strategy.

  • Advanced excel skills with the ability to perform detailed calculations, modeling and analysis using data in building total rewards plans reconciled with budgets and forecasts.

  • Experience of maintaining and working in HR systems, preferrable SuccessFactors.

  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex matters in a clear, concise style.

  • Fluent knowledge in English, both in writing and verbal.
