Anywhere Real Estate Full Stack Engineer/Technical Lead - U.S. Based Remote in Baltimore, Maryland

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable micro services and cross platform applications.

  • Develop high-quality, maintainable code in React for the front-end and Node.js for the back end.

  • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions, demonstrating technologies such as AWS, Azure, etc.

  • Solve complex technical problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise during development and production.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and standard methodologies.

  • Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies and incorporate them into our development process where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on React and Node.js, and a minimum of 10 years of working experience.

  • Solid understanding of cloud-native development principles and experience with cloud platforms like AWS.

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and related libraries (e.g., Redux).

  • Experience with RESTful API design and integration.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks is a plus.
