Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs including:

• Having 5 or more years of experience with Real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, in a functional and implementation role;

• Understanding full cycle accounting within the Real Estate industry and be able to comprehend acquisition/ disposition transactions and property management techniques; and,

• Understanding business enhancement techniques and be able to advise clients on business process improvements and efficiencies.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:

• Having detailed understanding of Yardi Voyager and ancillary modules including investment management;

• Understanding and experience with extracting data Yardi;

• Demonstrating ability to configure or advise on configuration of Yardi;

• Understanding of how to set up new properties and configure recovery calculations;

• Being responsible for completion of implementation tasks, performing project management activities;

• Demonstrating ability to understand real estate processes and identify business requirements;

• Demonstrating ability to translate business requirements into actionable configuration points; and,

• Assisting in system assessments.
