Global Finishing Solutions Field Services Supervisor in United States
About This Opportunity
The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for providing direction and guidance to field employees performing commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites. This position is also responsible for managing 3rd party contractors to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

What You Will Do
Build, develop, and lead teams of technicians to effectively and efficiently accomplish strategic initiatives. This includes motivation, training, and conducting performance reviews for direct reports
Manage customer requirements through outside contractors and cross functional teams, as needed, to achieve maximum performance by the organization
Monitor costs and overall profitability of projects and technician utilization
Monitor and maintain quality of Field Service Technician and subcontractor performance by conducting in-field quality audits and customer visits
Develop and implement processes that deliver expected business results at a high level of customer satisfaction
Resolve issues raised by customers, both external and internal. Effectively communicate and engage in problem solving with other managers
What You Have to Offer
Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field
6-8 years experience in Design, Manufacturing, or Engineering
1-2 years of experience in management of technical personnel preferred
