Calabrio FED/SLED Business Development Representative in United States
Are you an inspired business development representative that thrives on generating new leads that pinpoint decision makers? Do you value establishing a sales process that ends in a sale? Calabrio is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative who will help to accelerate our pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Partner with sales reps to prioritize accounts to target and prospecting efforts research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Establish and build rapport with all levels of decision makers.
Nurture accounts through email, calling, social media and other channels.
Remain knowledgeable on product and industry trends and updates.
Track and maintain all data within CRM system.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS preferred).
Fluency in English.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members, senior sales personnel, partners, prospects and customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills—including the ability to know when to act quickly.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Highly motivated, results oriented.
Ability to articulate needs for process improvements.
