About This Role
CAE is looking for a Full-Time Facilities Support for our Minneapolis Training Center!
This position provides maintenance and janitorial support of the physical facility.
Key responsibilities and qualifications will include, but are not limited to:
Prior experience in facilities maintenance
Must be able to bend, lift 50 Lbs.+, crouch, working on a ladder and/or roof and work both indoors and outdoors.
Be able to perform facility maintenance tasks including repairs and replacements of various component within our facility.
Coordinate with contractors conducting preventative equipment maintenance.
Knowledge in other maintenance areas including plumbing, electrical, doors, carpentry, and HVAC.
Utilize tools, powered hand tools, and other maintenance-related equipment.
Be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how to solve.
Computer knowledge is a must.
Must be safety oriented and comply with all safety protocols and procedures.
Must be professional and possess customer service skills.
Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to work some nights and weekends.
Other duties as assigned.
