Job Summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to oversee the administrative tasks for our Senior Director of Field Operations in Houston (60%) and Senior Director of Operations in Waco (40%). The Executive Assistant will act as a pivotal resource, ensuring seamless communication, organization, and execution of administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Administrative Support: Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings,

appointments, and travel arrangements for the Senior Directors.

  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy access to key

documents. Coordinate cross-functional team communications and follow up on action items from meetings.

  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism

and discretion. Assist in drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, and other operational documents.

  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate team events, offsite meetings, and team travel. Support logistics for

company-wide initiatives and events as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment alongside the existing team members of the office.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
