Kyndryl Enterprise Risk Management Specialist in Sao Paulo, Brazil

The Role

  • Facilitate Kyndryl’s ERM strategy and framework and assist in executing all aspects of the ERM program

  • Assist in the development of ERM program guidance and training

  • Execute the enterprise-wide periodic risk assessment process including key enterprise level risks and risk responses

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to validate that risks are being monitored and that established data/metrics are in place and actively monitored (e.g., key risk indicators and monitoring, internal controls, risk acceptance).

  • Provide recommendations in the development, assessment and monitoring of mitigation plans for enterprise risks to ensure all risks are managed to an acceptable level

  • Establish collaborative relationships with First and Second Line of Defense to ensure active engagement in the risk management process and identification of risks

  • Prepare executive reporting of key risks and emerging/evolving risks in a clear and easy to understand manner that prompts appropriate business response

  • Obtain an understanding of Kyndryl’s offerings and strategy and align risk assessments with business units and functional objectives to promote thinking about various forms of risk

  • Develop and document of material and artifacts to support the ERM program and related activities

  • Develop and provide ERM training and create awareness through regular ERM training material updates

Keep up to date on regulatory rules, business activities, industry trends, and emerging risks and communicate relevant changes and developments to executive management

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Direct experience related to external audit, internal controls, risk management, or compliance in an organization of appropriate scale and complexity

  • Possession of at least one of the following certifications: CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE, Chartered Accountant or other relevant certification, ISO certifications

  • Strong knowledge of internal control concepts (COSO)

  • Possess a strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment that strives to exceed expectations

  • Experience managing complex GRC or systems involving interconnected systems and process with a focus on regulatory and risk requirements and standards

  • Strong knowledge of ERM frameworks, risk technology platforms, governance risk and control tools, risk management process, risk appetite statements, key risk measures/indictors, risk assessment and review

  • Prior experience building and/or managing ERM

  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

  • Fluent English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Big Four experience

  • Strong knowledge of the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) by the Institute of Internal Auditors, and accounting principles (e.g., US GAAP, IFRS)

  • Ability to embrace and take ownership of projects, including maintaining day-to-day audit project responsibility

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills and oral and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Strong in developing executive-level presentations

Required Education

  • Undergraduate degree in one of the following areas: Accounting, Finance, Risk Management

Preferred Education

  • Master’s degree in one of the following areas: Accounting, Finance, Business or other relevant area

Travel

  • Less than 25% of travel may be required
