Performs repetitive electro mechanical assembly, involving sensitive or precise dexterous movements to maintain pace and quality of assembly work
Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality
Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence
Assembles or tests electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination
Will assemble all variations of in-house standard products
Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, NEC and UL codes/standards
Uses simple hand or power tools along with complex jigs and fixtures
Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP)
Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.
Maintains equipment and area in a orderly and safe condition"
Contributes to division results and performance
Create and maintain safe working environment and culture within the organization
Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations"
Works under direct supervision
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience required
Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, ladder diagrams and point to point drawings
Proficient in the use of hand tools
Salary range:
$45,500.00 - $72,500.00
