Xylem Electrical Panel Builder in United States

Performs repetitive electro mechanical assembly, involving sensitive or precise dexterous movements to maintain pace and quality of assembly work

  • Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality

  • Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence

  • Assembles or tests electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination

  • Will assemble all variations of in-house standard products

  • Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, NEC and UL codes/standards

  • Uses simple hand or power tools along with complex jigs and fixtures

  • Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP)

  • Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.

  • Maintains equipment and area in a orderly and safe condition"

  • Contributes to division results and performance

  • Create and maintain safe working environment and culture within the organization

  • Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations"

  • Works under direct supervision

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience required

  • Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, ladder diagrams and point to point drawings

  • Proficient in the use of hand tools

Salary range:

$45,500.00 - $72,500.00
