Your Role at KIK

The District Sales and Services Manager is responsible for managing the execution of national account programs, fostering relationships at various levels within their territory, and driving sales growth. As a District Sales and Service Manager you will be responsible for managing 3 major retail accounts and will be based in Oklahoma City and cover the Dallas/Western TX and OK territories.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage store level execution for national account programs set by account managers

  • Develop store, district and regional level contracts & relationships within their territory

  • Drive sales through multiple levels of customer management where applicable.

  • Maintain salary and T&E for all reps within their territory.

  • Training & Product Knowledge Training with all assigned service companies chosen by the company where applicable.

  • Competitive field intelligence from competition within their territory.

  • Conduct regional price surveys when requested.

  • Secure additional linear footage store space for our products within their territory when applicable.

  • Help manage business product buyback where applicable within the territory to budget set by account.

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS Degree in Business Management or related field preferred

  • At least 3 years of sales and retail experience required; pool industry knowledge is preferred

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong technical skills in MS Office applications, specifically and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).

  • Demonstrated Time management skills including ability to handle multiple and differing priorities

  • Ability to travel 60% of the time, clean driving record

  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing, or walking.
