ICONMA, LLC Cyber Systems Security Engineer in United States
Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to make a difference in the aerospace industry? We are seeking a talented Cyber Systems Security Engineer to join our team for a 12-month contract in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing cyber-attack surfaces and implementing relevant cybersecurity controls on our client’s products. Your expertise will ensure the security and integrity of critical systems. Key Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Maintenance: Perform continuous monitoring, security updates, patching, and hardening of systems.
Cybersecurity Oversight: Provide cybersecurity guidance to Systems and Software teams, ensuring compliance with security standards.
Documentation: Create and maintain necessary documentation and artifacts to support and maintain client products.
System Security Engineering: Design and implement embedded System Security Engineering (SSE) processes for Department of Defense (DoD) Weapon Systems.
Threat Assessment: Assess and mitigate System Security threats and risks throughout the embedded Weapon System development life cycle.
Requirements Validation: Validate System Security Engineering requirements, decomposition, allocation, and analysis for Test Systems.
Security Solutions Implementation: Implement System Security Engineering solutions in both hardware and software.
Security Verification: Verify the implementation of system security requirements.
Vulnerability Analysis: Analyze weaknesses, vulnerabilities, and threats against System Security posture on product designs.
Required Experience:
Must hold or previously held a U.S. Government Security Clearance
3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity.
3-5 years of experience in Systems Security.
3-5 years of experience in Systems Analysis & Design.
Familiarity with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and System Hardening.
Experience with Cyber tools such as Ansible, SCC, Nessus/ACAS.
Desired Experience:
3-5 years of Cybersecurity Engineering experience.
3-5 years of Systems Engineering experience.
Experience in Systems Development.
Experience in SOP/Process Creation.
