Customer Service Representative, Call Center
The Customer Service Representative, Call Center will be responsible for handling inbound phones calls from customers while providing excellent customer service and accurately capturing data using company processing systems.
Location: Remote: Pacific, Central or Mountain time preferred
Compensation: $20/hr - $20.50/hr
Responsibilities
Handle inbound from customers in a Call Center environment while delivering quality service
Prepare documents as needed to fulfill customer requests
Educate and counsel customers on policy terms and cancellation process
Maintain and ensure accurate, up-to-date customer account information
Place outbound calls as needed
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Previous telephone customer service experience preferred
Ability to perform accurate data input into a variety of software
Ability to provide courteous, knowledgeable, and professional customer service both in person and on the telephone.
Strong attention to detail
Sense of urgency
Excellent communication
PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
