WGU’s Evaluation Support Team
WGU is growing at an immense rate and we are looking to expand our Evaluation Support team with engaging individuals looking to take the next step in their careers. We are looking for leaders who are motivated and believe in our mission to help others achieve their higher education dreams. The key work functions in this position are customer service, respond to student, faculty, and vendor inquiries, handling inbound calls, e-mails and chats, and troubleshooting complex and fun problems.
Night Shift - 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM with two days per week off
10% Shift Differential
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Customer Service Experience
Judgement and exercising sound decision making
Strong student focused mentality
Flexible Schedule (some weekends)
Both Day and Night Shifts Available (Night shift incentive available)
Possibility of work from home after six months.
Customer service experience preferred
Minimum earned High School diploma or GED, College Experience preferred
