Credit Quality Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC/Hybrid Duration: 11-12 months Description: Working in the Commercial Syndicate loan Manger is looking for someone that has Loan Servicing experience. Do Not Submit Candidate With Mortgage Loan Exp ( Not The Same Thing) Accounting /AP Exp is a plus Able to read Credit Agreements Must be able to read credit Agreement s and pull out information to correctly input into the system. understand the life cycle of a Syndicate loan Loan Operations Team provides operational support for the financing to Large Corporate clients, The Operations Team involves providing loan servicing, processing and analytical oversight and reconciliation for each client and providing exceptional client service and support. Day-to-day actions are more focused on administering the defined procedures, analysis and report preparation and risk management of processes. Functions could include project and technical enhancements and management of testing. Scope could include additional systems and processes across the Loan Operations team. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Excel (vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc.), Word & PowerPoint. Presentable, confident and client focused. Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner. Risk minded - able to identify issues and escalate to management. Ability to work under pressure in a team environment during critical funding periods. Works well in a team environment and maintains focus to achieve the goals of the business. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to interact positively and effectively with all levels of management and associates. Strong written/oral communication skills. Shares knowledge with others. Ability to multi-task and shift priorities at a moment's notice. Strong organizational and time management skills.
