Job Purpose:
The Corporate Recruiter will perform and manage full life-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition across the organization. They will provide a high level of proactive and consultative support to internal clients and hiring managers including market talent assessment, creative sourcing strategies, HR recruitment policies, and procedures, etc. The recruiter will also serve as a strategic consultant to hiring managers and will require a strong understanding of the business strategic direction, industry standards, the corporate culture, and short and long-term hiring needs.
Essential Functions:
40% Manages the recruitment life-cycle. Screens candidates for availability, interest level, salary expectations, and qualifications for the job. Evaluates candidate qualifications for the position including job experience, education, skills and abilities, training, fit with organizational culture, and future potential. Promotes positive candidate experience throughout the interview/hiring process and maintains communications with candidate relevant to the recruitment process.
30% Consults and advises hiring managers on the hiring process. Develops job requisition details and candidate requirements. Reviews job descriptions; develops job advertisement format as appropriate for posting.
30% Develops sourcing strategies for talent acquisition. Uses a variety of sourcing resources including but not limited to traditional job boards, internet data mining, internal databases, social media, employee referrals, networking, cold calling, career fairs, and competitor research. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for frequently posted positions.
Education:
- Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses:
- AIRS Certification preferred
Experience:
1-3 years of professional recruiting experience
Experience recruiting within the staffing or technology industry preferred
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Use of staffing tools such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, job boards, and social media Excellent networking skills
High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of applicable laws and regulations (OFCCP, VEVRAA, etc.)
Flexibility and willingness to support multiple functional areas
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong communication and influencing skills
Works independently
Collaborates well in a team environment
Due to U.S. Government requirements applicable to foreign-owned telecommunications providers, non-US citizens may be required to submit to an extensive government agency background check which will necessitate disclosure of sensitive Personally Identifiable Information.
The pay range for this role is:
55,000-85,000USDperyear(Remote - United States)
