ICONMA, LLC Community Manager (Copywriter) in United States

Community Manager (Copywriter) Location: Remote Duration: 12 months with possible contract to hire/with possible extension Description: Client is looking for a community manager who can create engaging and effective content for our online community. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining content strategy and content calendar, as well as participating in cross-channel promotion, engagement, and customer journey initiatives. Responsibilities: Build, lead, and execute the community content strategy focused on user adoption, onboarding, and advocacy Community Experience Be active in the Community – keep a steady pulse on what’s working and not working within the Community and where we should focus our efforts Hands on and in-depth experience managing customer communities that utilize community platforms such as Lithium/Khoros or other alternative vendors. Seek out storytelling – Make it easy for customers to share their stories through blogs, Q&A sessions, livestreams, conference talks, etc. Spread the word – Help build initiatives to promote community internally and externally across different channels and focus areas Create – you will think of new strategies to engage and grow the community and be the driver behind planning, writing, editing, and testing content Be a brand steward – create content that aligns to the brand tone and voice, ensuring consistency, clarity, and accessibility. Build and maintain content standards, guidelines, and templates Plan ahead – strong project management skills Collaborate with Community leads and across Client organization Requirements: Previous Community experience Lithium or Khoros experience required Experience one to one customer engagement role Strong writing skills Copy writer or copy editors or community managers would be a search for previous positions 3-5 years of experience but would consider a strong candidate with 2 years of experience Working independently, need to have that skill set but strategy will be laid out for them Organized PM experience preferred Team Culture: Two team members who are devoted to community Projects: Looking for someone with community experience, looking for someone who it a strong communicator and copy writer Needs to help with content creation, Story teller that has experience with writing, editing, testing content. Ex. Welcome letters, gaining followers, etc. This is supporting the Client Community team, that is an internal social media between the brand and customers/partners The space is branded Provides transparency between EQX and users This isn’t a support channel, but a self service channel Interaction with team: Interacts with customers and internal teams Typical Tasks: Copywriting, editing, content creation Consolidating social, comms, PR, Selling Points: New space in the corporate world, Required Skills: Experience with supporting community spaces OR engaging heavily in corporate community spaces Experience one to one customer engagement role Strong writing skills Copy writer or copy editors or community managers would be a search for previous positions 3-5 years of experience but would consider a strong candidate with 2 years of experience Working independently, need to have that skill set but strategy will be laid out for them Organized PM experience preferred Khoros experience preferred Insided experience preferred Top 3 must-have hard skills: Copy Writing Communication Call Notes: Skills Needed: Excellent Community management and copywriting skills.
