JOB SUMMARY:This is a Revenue Specialist I - Child Support Case Processing Specialist in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Task Team in the Fort Myers Service Site. Job duties revolve around providing quality customer service, safeguarding confidential information and using the Child Support system to work assigned tasks related to Child Support Program services. This includes: gathering information, preparing documents and using automated systems to review case information. In addition, this position will work system-assigned tasks related to Child Support Program services.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program
Currently a Revenue Specialist I
Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers)
